- Seven Day Labor Summary Report
The Seven Day Labor Summary report shows a variety of operating information from over the selected date range including sales, number of transactions and number of guests. Each report type offers two views: the first is a general summary of the information, and the second offers highlighted numbers for quick-glance readings of results which may affect profits.
Summary View
The summary view shows, over the selected date range, the total value of sales, number of transactions, guest counts, tables used and total hours of and cost of labour.
Detailed View
The summary view shows, over the selected date range, the total value of sales, number of transactions, guest counts, tables used and total hours of and cost of labor. In addition to this information, numbers of interest are highlighted red. Numbers of interest are determined when costs, such as wages, rise; or revenue, like sales, drop.
