The Schedule Punch By Employee report compares the hours employees were scheduled to work and the actual number of hours they worked. This may have a discrepancy, due to lateness, absence, unexpected overtime, etc.
The summary view shows the number of hours employees worked and the number of hours employees were schedule and the difference between the schedule and the actual hours worked. Theses values are also broken down by job position.
The detailed viewe contains the information of each clock in and clock out including breaks. The negative numbers in the. Hours Worked column represent time off on a break and are remove from the total hours in a shift.
