- Sales By Account Code Report
The Sales By Account Code report shows the total values of all transactions completed under each programmed account code within the selected date range. Account codes are assigned by each system for various custom accounting purposes.
Summary View
The summary view shows the totals for quantity of sales of an accounting code, the percentage of sales quantity an accounting code represents, the value of sales, and the percentage of sales value an accounting code represents across the selected date range. The grand total quantity and value of transactions within the selected date range is totaled at the bottom of the report.
Detailed View
Detailed view contains all the information above: the totals for quantity of sales of an accounting code, the percentage of sales quantity an accounting code represents, the value of sales and the percentage of sales value an accounting code represents across the selected date range; additionally, detailed view shows the same information for each product under the accounting code. The grand totals are provided at the bottom of the report.
