- Member Balances By Group Graph Report
The Member Balances By Group Graph report shows balances owed by members who have a running balance. Each report type offers two views: the first lists the totals of groups, and the second is a detailed view which lists each individual member in the group. The grand total of all balances is shown at the bottom of the report along with a pie chart which shows the percentage each group’s balance represents of all running member balances.
Summary View
The summary view shows the groups which maintain a balance owed. Only the total group balance is shown.
Detailed View
In detailed view, group balances are broken down by individual members. Members who have made purchases will have the date they last made a purchase shown in the middle column, and each members’ running balance.
