Employee Shift Summary with Overtime Report
The Employee Shift Summary with Overtime report, also titled Employee Overtime Shifts Summary, shows employee hours and wage information including any overtime worked. Each report type offers two views: the first is a general summary of the information, and the second is a detailed view which breaks down the information into individual shifts.
The summary view shows each employee’s regular hours, any overtime hours, and their total hours. The total wages due to that employee is also totaled on the report. The number in square brackets is the number of shifts that employee worked in the selected date range.
In detailed view each employee shift is displayed, showing what shifts counted for overtime hours. Each shift will show regular and overtime hours worked, total hours worked and wages due, with the totals for that employee displayed underneath their shift breakdown.
