- Charge Card by Type Report
The Charge Card by Type report shows the total gratuity and value of all the transactions made by charge cards within the selected date range. The charge card totals are sorted by value. The total gratuity and value of all sales within the selected date range are shown at the bottom of the report.
Summary View
The summary view shows the net total before gratuity the gratuity amount and the charge total. a number in square brackets follows each charge card type which is the total number of transactions using that card type within the selected date range. The total quantity and value of all sales within the selected date range are shown at the bottom of the report along with a pie chart which shows the percentage total value each charge card type represents.
Detailed View
Detailed view shows the individual transactions, which used a charge card within the selected date range. The value of each sale and the gratuity. The totals are provided under each charge card type and grand totals at the bottom of the report.
