- Bank Deposits Report
The Bank Deposits report shows cash removed from tills for the purpose of a bank deposit. Each report type offers two views: the first shows totals only, and the second is a detailed view which shows the specific quantity of each bill and coin.
Summary View
The summary view shows who entered and who managed the transaction, the time and date of the deposit and the relevant reference numbers. The total value of the deposit is shown at the bottom of each deposit section and the grand total of all deposits within the selected date range is shown at the bottom of the report.
Detailed View
The detailed view shows the quantity of bills and coins used in a deposit. At the bottom of the report are the totals of all deposits.
